Anyang High-tech Development Zone is located in the southeast of the city. /kloc-0 was established in August, 1992, approved as a provincial high-tech zone in March, 1995, and approved as a national high-tech zone by the State Council in September, 20 10, with convenient transportation, good ecological environment, complete infrastructure and superior investment environment. In the next three to five years, the Development Zone will further implement Scientific Outlook on Development, carry forward the Jiangdu spirit of "always being strong in pioneering and innovation, striving for excellence", and strive to build the Development Zone into an important carrier and the first growth pole to promote the leaping development of the city's economy.

Anyang National High-tech Development Zone has six bureaus and two offices, including China Merchants Bureau, Economic Development Bureau, Planning and Construction Administration Bureau, Personnel and Labor Bureau, Finance Bureau, Social Affairs Bureau, Party Working Committee Office and Administrative Office, as well as institutions and supporting service systems such as business start-up service center, productivity promotion center, industry and commerce, taxation, public security, notarization, finance and property management. It has achieved first-class regional management and finance, basically formed an efficient operation mechanism and a closed management system for investors.
