The political and military center of the Central Soviet Area is Ruijin in Jiangxi, and the economic and cultural center is Tingzhou (Changting) in Fujian. The first county-level red regime in the Central Soviet Area was the Revolutionary Committee of Changting County, Fujian Province.
The Central Soviet Area, also known as the "Central Revolutionary Base Area", refers to the revolutionary base areas established by the China * * * Production Party in Gannan and Minxi during the Agrarian Revolutionary War 1929 to 1934. It is the largest and most populous revolutionary base in China. With Ruijin as the center, the Central Soviet Area has jurisdiction over Soviet regimes in five provinces: Jiangxi, Fujian, Fujian, Guangdong, Jiangxi and Gannan.
On July 23rd, 20 13, the Party History Research Office of the Central Committee officially issued the Confirmation of the Scope of the Former Central Soviet Area (Zhong Shi Zi [20 13] No.51), confirming that there are 97 counties within the scope of the Central Soviet Area, including 49 in Jiangxi Province, 37 in Fujian Province and/kloc in Guangdong Province.
The counties in the Central Soviet Area are divided into three categories. One is the counties (cities, districts) that have been approved and confirmed as the scope of the Central Soviet Area, with 97 * * *; The second category is closely related to the Central Soviet Area in history, but it is still difficult to clearly identify it. It is suggested to treat it as the same, * * * 4; The third category is that historically, according to the affiliation, it is not within the scope of the Central Soviet Area, but it is recommended to enjoy relevant policies when implementing relevant plans. .

The development of history
Central Soviet area
Historically, the Chinese Soviet established new county-level administrative units in the Central Soviet Area, such as Zhao Zheng County, Bosheng County, Luokou County, Changsheng County, Shengli County (formerly known as Zhongfa County), Pengpai County, Quanshang County, Dongfang County, Dai Ying County, Mingguang County, Raiders County, Taylor County, Yangyin County and Deng County. After the Long March, the main force of the Red Army,
After the fourth victory against "encirclement and suppression", the development of the Central Soviet Area reached its peak in 1933, which governed Soviet regimes in Jiangxi, Fujian, Fujian and Guangdong provinces, and there were 60 administrative counties, including 22 counties in Jiangxi, 0/5 counties in Fujian, 0/6 counties in Fujian and Jiangxi, and Guangdong.
Scenic spot construction
When Li Zhongjie, deputy director of the Party History Research Office of the Central Committee, led a team to our county for investigation, he fully affirmed our county's practice of fully excavating the historical and cultural accumulation of Soviet memorial scenic spots, constantly developing and utilizing party history resources and protecting revolutionary sites. Zhu Tuanneng, Gao, Xie, Su Yulin, Liang, Su, accompanied by Zhu Tuanneng, director of the Party History Research Office of the Provincial Party Committee and county leaders.
Anxi Revolutionary Martyrs Monument, located in Guanfeng Mountain, is one of the first county-level key cultural relics protection units in our county. Inscriptions by Zhu De and Deng Zihui are engraved on the monument, which records the heroic deeds of 12 revolutionary martyrs. The research team came to the monument, deeply cherishing the great achievements of the revolutionary martyrs, and expressing appreciation for our county's building the monument into an important base for patriotic education.
The research team then went to Fozaige Village, Kuidou Town, and visited the former site of Anxi Central County Committee to learn more about the establishment of Anxi Central County Committee and the fighting deeds of the second detachment of workers and peasants guerrillas in southern Fujian. The Central Anxi County Committee was established in June 1932 1 1. Directly led the party organizations and people's revolutionary struggles in Yongde and Annan counties, and wrote a glorious page in the history of Fujian's revolutionary struggle.
During the investigation, Li Zhongjie and his party also went to the former site of the Soviet government in Annan Yongde and the former residence of Moyer in Xibang Village of Jingu Town to learn more about the opening, formation and development of the revolutionary base in Annan Yongde and the life of the revolutionary writer Moyer.
A large number of documents and historical facts show that Anxi Soviet Area was founded under the leadership of Fujian Provincial Party Committee and Fujian Soviet Government in West Fujian Soviet Area, and should belong to the scope of the Central Soviet Area. The Central Soviet Area, also known as the "Central Revolutionary Base Area", was a revolutionary base area established by the China * * * Production Party in Gannan and Minxi during the Agrarian Revolutionary War from 1929 to 1934. It is the largest and most populous of the three revolutionary base areas in China.
The confirmation of the Central Soviet Area needs the examination and approval of the Central Party History Research Office. There are 22 counties in Fujian that have been recognized as the Central Soviet Area. Our county set up a leading group to declare the counties in the middle of Jiangsu Province, and formed the application materials, which were reported to the Party History Research Office of the Provincial Party Committee.
