In order to facilitate the insured urban and rural residents to reimburse the neonatal hospitalization medical expenses, it is decided through research that the reimbursement of neonatal hospitalization medical expenses will be entrusted to designated medical institutions for direct settlement.
The notice is applicable to the neonatal hospitalization in Shijiazhuang city (including Yuhua District, Xinhua District, qiaoxi district, Chang 'an District, Development Zone, Luancheng District, Gaocheng District, Luquan District, Xunhua Chemical Industry Park, Mining Area and Zhengding County).
The Notice has been implemented since June 20 1 July1day, with a trial run of 6 months. During the trial operation, if there are any problems in the agreed medical institutions, they can communicate with Shijiazhuang Medical Insurance Management Center to solve them, which will not affect the hospitalization of newborns.
Special circumstances can be reimbursed in cash.
The notice pointed out that when a newborn needs hospitalization, it can be hospitalized by an agreed medical institution according to the requirements of medical insurance, and the deposit can be collected in full. After the newborn goes through the insurance formalities and receives the social security card (temporary medical card), the medical expenses incurred will be directly settled in the medical insurance system. Under special circumstances, the hospitalization expenses of newborns can be paid in cash and reimbursed by insurance agencies.
If the hospitalization expenses of newborns involve two years, they should pay the medical insurance premium for two years and enjoy the treatment according to the medical insurance policy of the settlement year; If the medical insurance settlement and the actual discharge time are not in the same year, the medical expenses incurred shall be fully paid and reimbursed by the insurance agency.
The "Notice" requires that agreed medical institutions should assist newborns to apply for birth medical certificates as soon as possible after birth; After the newborn is insured, the agreed medical institution will copy the hospitalization expenses to the medical insurance system in time.
You can settle at your own expense if you are born for more than 4 months.
The "Notice" requires that after the newborn is discharged from the hospital, it should be settled with the social security card (temporary medical card) to the agreed medical institution within 4 months from the date of birth; After more than 4 months, the agreed medical institution can settle at its own expense. The agreed medical institution can transcribe the hospitalization medical expenses within 4 months at most (only for newborns).
The name of the newborn's medical record is inconsistent with that at the time of discharge settlement. You should fill in the mother's or father's ID number on the first page of the medical record, and keep a copy of the newborn's birth certificate and a copy of the mother's or father's ID card in the medical record for easy reference.
At the same time, the name of the newborn can be modified according to the information of the social security card in the HIS system of the agreed medical institution.
The "Notice" also requires that the hospitalization medical expenses of newborns be included in the scope of intelligent audit, and the medical records of newborns discharged from hospital should be drawn according to a certain proportion.
