Enter the invoicing software, click the menu item Invoice Management-Invoice Reading, and the prompt box "Are you sure you want to read the invoice from the storage device?" Will pop up. Click "Yes" to read the ticket purchase information in the golden tax tray or tax filing tray. If the reading is successful, the ticket purchase information will be recorded in the local golden tax plate, and the prompt message that the invoice has been read successfully will be displayed.

Enter the invoicing software, click the menu item Invoice Management-Invoice Collection Management-Online Ticket Collection Management-Invoice Collection, select "From the date of ticket purchase to the date of ticket purchase", click "Query" to display the corresponding ticket purchase information, and then click "Invoice Download".

Method 3

Enter the invoicing software, click Invoice Management-Invoice Collecting Management-Online Ticket Collection Management-Invoice Collecting, click Manual Download, select the invoice type, enter the invoice code, starting number and invoice number, and click Download.

After purchasing the ticket, the taxpayer can download the invoice purchase information through the network at home and successfully write it into the special tax control equipment, and the new invoice can be used normally. Reading invoices means reading the electronic information of the invoice volume in the golden tax plate (or tax return plate) into the invoicing software.
