When I first started working in state-owned enterprises, the whole welfare and salary system was perfect, including basic salary, bonus, overtime pay, holiday benefits, performance appraisal, year-end award, civilization award and individual advanced and excellent award.

Generally speaking, there are many components in a single salary, but one thing is very good, that is, after entering a state-owned enterprise, the whole working environment is also perfect, and there is little overtime or shift work. Generally, they work in an orderly way according to the pace of work. Compared with the previous internship units, they feel that it is more fragrant to enter state-owned enterprises.

The state-owned enterprise where I am located belongs to a newly established department and is also a new state-owned enterprise established in line with the development of national strategy. At that time, after I entered this company, the atmosphere of the whole company was also very good. Not only was the management system transparent, but there was also a lot of room for career advancement, so I worked hard after I entered this company, thinking that I could always sign contracts.

After working in this state-owned enterprise for three years, I got a formal contract with my excellent efforts and became a member of the state-owned enterprise.

When I first entered the state-owned enterprise, my salary was only two or three thousand yuan, and I could barely support myself.

After I became a full-time employee three years later, my salary has reached the standard of more than 6,543,800 yuan. In these three years, my work is also very hard. I not only need to replenish all kinds of knowledge to recharge myself every day, but also constantly improve my learning ability. Although I don't set such clear requirements and goals for myself in my work, I am also very afraid of others competing with me, so I am constantly strengthening and consolidating my ability.

In the eyes of many people, this kind of action is unnecessary at all, but I also deeply understand that once I miss this opportunity, I may never catch it again. Therefore, I must firmly seize this opportunity, which may be the last time in my life.

I have been working for almost 10 years now. Looking back on myself, from an ignorant graduate to a father of two children, there are not only families, but also people who live together. My salary has been rising, and I am glad that I can change myself and seize the opportunity at work.
