Second, according to the spirit of the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Promoting the Healthy Development of Urban Real Estate jointly issued by the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau and other eight departments, and according to the provisions of the Xiangyang City Talent Classification Reference Catalogue, talents who are newly employed in Xiangzhou (including Huixiangzhou) for the first time in three years can enjoy a one-time down payment subsidy voucher with different amounts according to different talent categories.

Farmers who choose to voluntarily give up their original homestead or homestead distribution qualification and buy new commercial housing in urban areas will be given a one-time subsidy of 20,000 yuan (only after signing an agreement with the collective economic organization to voluntarily give up their homestead and return it to the collective economic organization can they enjoy this subsidy).

Property owners need to submit the application form for house purchase subsidy, online house purchase contract, sales invoice, deed tax payment certificate, identity certificate, bank account number and other related materials, and the development enterprise to which the property belongs shall apply to the District Housing and Construction Bureau in a unified manner. District Housing and Construction Bureau, District Finance Bureau and District Taxation Bureau set up special classes to review and distribute subsidies in batches.
