Apply for the first time or apply again:
1. Fill in and follow the Application Form for China Citizens Going Abroad on Private Business and 2 recent bareheaded color photos of the applicant (2 posted on the application form);
2. Copy of the applicant's resident identity card (/kloc-applicants under the age of 0/6 may not submit the resident identity card) and household registration book;
3. Re-application requires the submission of an invalid passport;
4. Apply for exemption from overseas invitation materials for other reasons except for the following reasons:
(1) Adoption registration certificate issued by the provincial civil affairs department where the permanent residence is located. If the adopted child goes abroad to settle down, the adopter's passport or other identity documents must be submitted (check the original and keep a copy);
(2) The dispatched laborers handled by the labor service company shall submit the description of the labor service project issued by the labor service company with the right to operate the dispatched labor service;
(3) Where an overseas employment agency assists in concentrating overseas employment, it shall submit a confirmation letter of overseas employment issued by an overseas employment service agency with the right to operate overseas employment.
