Article 63 of the Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License
Motor vehicle drivers shall, within 90 days before the expiration of the motor vehicle driver's license, apply for a replacement at the place where the motor vehicle driver's license is issued or in dmv other than the place where it is issued. The application information shall be confirmed when applying, and the following certificates and vouchers shall be submitted:
(a) the identity certificate of the motor vehicle driver;
(2) A certificate issued by a medical institution on physical condition.
Article 64
Motor vehicle drivers whose household registration moves out of the original jurisdiction of dmv shall apply to dmv for replacement. Motor vehicle drivers who live outside the jurisdiction of dmv, where they are issued, may apply to dmv for a replacement card. When applying, it shall confirm the application information, submit the identity certificate of the motor vehicle driver and the motor vehicle driver's license, and declare the physical condition.
