Personal information of Chen Gongliang

Chen Gongliang (1912-1984), whose given name was Zheng, nicknamed Tiesheng, and courtesy name Gongliang, was from Shaoxing. In 1928, he founded North China University. In 1933, he graduated from Hosei University in Tokyo. After returning to China in 1937, he successively served as Commissioner of the Hubei Provincial Government and Director of the Taxation Department of the Fifth District of the Provincial Government of Zhejiang Province.
