Encourage the broad masses to actively report clues about fireworks and firecrackers, severely and quickly crack down on illegal production, storage, transportation, sale and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers, and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, this notice is hereby issued:

First, the forbidden area and time.

From now until March 15, 2022, it is forbidden to sell fireworks and firecrackers all over Kenli District.

Second, the reporting method

If illegal production, storage, transportation, sale and illegal discharge of fireworks and firecrackers are found in prohibited areas and time periods, you can call "1 10" and Zhenjie police station to report it.

Third, the reward standard

After reporting and investigating the illegal discharge of fireworks and firecrackers, a fine will be imposed, and the first informant will be rewarded 300-500 yuan as appropriate.

Those who report and investigate the illegal sale, storage, transportation and mailing of fireworks and firecrackers, and be punished by public security, will be rewarded with 500 yuan 1000 yuan as appropriate.

The reward for cracking major cases after reporting is 2000-5000 yuan.

Police and staff of public security, emergency management, urban management and other law enforcement departments are not included in the reward scope.

Fourth, the reward procedure

If the report is verified to be true, and administrative penalties such as public security fines, detention, etc. or criminal compulsory measures are imposed on the illegal personnel, the public security organ handling the case shall fill in the "Award Registration Form", which will be approved by the sub-bureau and receive a bonus, which will be directly cashed in to the informant.

Where a report is made by telephone, the informant should leave his address, name and telephone number. After the case is settled, the public security organ will inform the informant to bring his ID card and telephone number to receive the bonus, and the public security organ will strictly keep the informant confidential.
