Two, the purchase of affordable housing time and place
Since May 1 1, 2009, the distribution and acceptance of the Application Registration Form for Affordable Housing in Dalian (hereinafter referred to as the Registration Form) has been carried out. The purchase of affordable housing is accepted daily, and the acceptance work is from 9: 00 am to 4: 00 pm every day (except holidays and public holidays). Families that meet the conditions of affordable housing should apply to the community where the household registration is located with the required materials. (Families who have already held the Purchase of Affordable Housing Acceptance Form need to issue this form when handling it.)
Iii. Acceptance and review procedures
1, Application for Family Registration Form: The applicant holds his/her ID card, household registration book and room card, applies to the community, and receives the Registration Form after preliminary qualification check by the community.
2. Application for family filling in the form: I or family members shall truthfully fill in the work unit, household registration address, family members, relevant housing situation and other contents according to the instructions for filling in the form. Relevant income certificates shall be filled in by the purchaser and spouse's unit or street, and other family members shall attach income certificates.
3. Application: The applicant submits the completed Registration Form and related requirements to the community.
4. Community investigation and verification: the community investigates and verifies the applicant's household registration, income, family members and housing, etc. Relevant information is entered into the verified applicant's family, which is reported to the street for review. After being approved by the street, it will be publicized in the community 15 days.
5. Street preliminary examination: The street conducts preliminary examination of the electronic information uploaded by the community and the archival materials submitted, further verifies the relevant information and signs the audit opinions. After the qualified families sign the qualified opinions and feed them back to the community, the community will issue the "Affordable Housing Acceptance Form" (hereinafter referred to as the "Acceptance Form"), and at the same time report the audit opinions and relevant materials to the District Bureau of Land and Housing (hereinafter referred to as the District Bureau) for audit; For families who fail to pass the examination, the relevant materials shall be returned after signing the unqualified opinions.
6. Re-examination of the district branch: the district branch shall examine and confirm the electronic information and archival materials uploaded by the street, and report the qualified ones to the municipal housing security center; Those who fail to pass the examination shall be returned to the relevant archives step by step after signing the unqualified opinions.
7. Final review of the Municipal Housing Security Center: The Municipal Housing Security Center will review the electronic information and archival materials reported by the sub-bureaus. After 5 days of publicity/kloc-0, if there is no objection to the publicity or the objection is not established, the Certificate of Qualification for Purchasing Affordable Housing (hereinafter referred to as the Certificate) will be issued. To confirm the unqualified, housing security center signed opinions, step by step to return the relevant materials.
The validity period of the Certificate is 1 year. After the expiration of the validity period, if the family holding the "Certificate" continues to purchase, it should review its qualifications according to the procedures stipulated in the "Measures for the Administration of Economically Affordable Housing in Dalian".
Four, determine the purchase of affordable housing.
For families who hold the Confirmation Sheet and sign up for the lottery, the Housing Security Center will determine the lottery scope, shortlist and house selection batch according to the number of houses; The list of shortlisted families and the batch of house selection were published in Dalian Daily, and the Approval Form for Purchase of Economically Affordable Housing (hereinafter referred to as the Approval Form) was issued to the requisitioning families.
