(3) It must be approved by the Party branch and reported to the higher party committee for approval. (The temporary party organizations established in the epidemic prevention line with the approval of the Party committee at the higher level can carry out the work of developing party member according to the relevant requirements. )
(4) Grass-roots Party organizations in the front line of health and epidemic prevention should take appropriate measures to organize newly developed preparatory party member to take the oath of joining the Party.
(5) To prepare for the first-line development of fighting the epidemic in party member, grass-roots party committees and county-level party committees should strengthen follow-up training in their future work, educate and guide them to strengthen their ideals and beliefs, and improve their ideological and political quality. Due to objective conditions, it is really impossible to perform the relevant procedures in the front line of anti-epidemic, and the necessary procedures should be improved in time after the conditions are met or the epidemic is over. For those who are listed as key training objects, we should continue to do a good job in training and inspection. After the outbreak, party member, where temporary party organizations are developing, should be handed over to the party organizations in their work units after the key training targets are determined.
