4. Precautions

Static management is implemented on the surface. From 4:00 to 9:00 a.m. on September 12, public transportation, taxis, and online ride-hailing services in the county will stop operating. Due to support for regional nucleic acid testing, work delays will occur. Employers will not deal with late arrivals or absences. At 9:00 on the same day Resume operation later.

Prepare valid certificates in advance. Residents are requested to follow the requirements of the notice and log in to "Sukangbao" in advance to make an appointment to generate a QR code, and use the QR code to go to the corresponding location for nucleic acid sampling; if there is no appointment to generate a "Sukangbao" QR code, bring your ID card or household registration Ben went to the corresponding location for nucleic acid sampling.

Strictly abide by the sampling order. Each township is responsible for organizing residents to conduct testing in batches at their nearest neighborhood in residential buildings and village groups. All enterprises, hotels, apartments, unit dormitories, construction sites, shop owners and rental house owners notify all employees and tenants to participate in regional nucleic acid testing.

At the entrance, prepare the health code and itinerary code in advance for inspection.

Please do not smoke, eat, or chew gum half an hour to 1 hour before taking part in the sampling to avoid affecting the test results.

When sampling, please wear a mask throughout the process, keep a distance of more than 2 meters from others, follow the instructions of the on-site staff, show the "Su Kangbao" reservation QR code, and complete scanning, registration, sampling, etc. in an orderly manner Workflow.

During sampling, please do not touch the clothing of medical staff and any items on the sampling operating table, and do not store items such as keys, mobile phones, and ID cards on the table.

After sampling, please take the initiative to receive the "nucleic acid sampled" voucher, put on a mask and leave the site quickly.

During the entire process of queuing for testing, please do not send videos, watch TV dramas, play online games and other behaviors that occupy the network bandwidth at the nucleic acid testing site to avoid jamming information registration and reducing collection efficiency; Stay together, do not gather, avoid talking to each other, strictly prevent cross-infection during sampling, and consciously maintain order on site.

All staff will check the sampling voucher. Residents are requested to properly keep their "nucleic acid sampling" vouchers and take the initiative to show their "nucleic acid sampling vouchers" when entering or leaving residential communities, workplaces and all public places. From 9:00 on September 12 to 24:00 on September 13, inspections of sampling vouchers will be organized throughout the county.

The weather has been hot recently. Residents and friends are asked to prepare sun hats, sun protection clothing, etc. in advance to prevent heatstroke.

Special personnel arrangements

1. Sanitation workers, company employees, etc., are given priority to take samples before 5:30, complete the test, and receive vouchers.

2. For students in custody services, the Education Bureau and the Health and Health Bureau are requested to take the initiative to coordinate and carry out in-school testing.

3. Construction, water conservancy, transportation and other construction site workers should go to the nearest sampling point for sampling after 9:00. Please ask the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Water Conservancy Bureau, Transportation Bureau and other units to organize the work respectively.

4. All shops, rental houses, hotels and guesthouses should notify their employees and residents in advance to take nucleic acid tests at the nearest sampling point.

5. Sukang code assigns yellow code personnel. According to the staff's guidance, urban areas will go to the nearest sampling point for sampling from 9:00-10:00, and towns and villages will arrange the final batch of sampling according to their respective testing conditions.

6. Personnel in elderly care and nursing institutions, prisons and welfare institutions shall be sampled uniformly in their units.

7. Personnel in charge of centralized isolation places shall conduct unified sampling at centralized isolation points. People who are quarantined at home should not go to centralized sampling points. Staff will come to collect samples at their homes.

8. Sampling point staff shall participate in sampling on their own at their respective sampling points.

9. Persons with symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue, etc. must take personal protection, report to their village in advance and issue access certificates, go to the nearest fever clinic for sampling and treatment in a timely manner, and avoid taking public transportation* **Transportation.

Those who refuse to cooperate, do not support nucleic acid testing work, do not participate in this round of regional nucleic acid testing, disrupt order, or conceal, lie, or falsify information, causing certain consequences, will be strictly investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with the law.

5. Warm reminder

The general public is requested to actively cooperate, take various measures for epidemic prevention and control, and continue to take personal protection. Adhere to the "three-piece anti-epidemic package" of wearing masks, social distance, and personal hygiene. If no phone notification is received within 24 hours after sampling, the test result will be considered negative and no written report will be issued.
