2. In the function interface, click I want to pay tax-issue a certificate-issue a tax payment certificate; There are two formats of certification, and enterprises can choose one.

3. Enter the voucher query interface, enter the tax payment period, and click Query.

4. After clicking Query, the system will automatically filter out all tax records that meet this period.

5. Click Issue-Preview-Confirm to issue the corresponding tax payment voucher.

The tax payment certificate is a certificate issued by the tax authorities to prove that the taxpayer has paid the tax or refunded the tax. Eligible taxpayers may apply to the tax authorities for issuing tax payment certificates.

There are two types of tax payment certificates: table type and voucher type, but the voucher type tax payment certificate shall not be used as the taxpayer's accounting voucher or deduction voucher. The specific steps for the electronic tax bureau to issue the tax payment certificate are as follows:

Enter "issue tax payment certificate" or "issue tax payment certificate (document type)" in the search bar, and you can search quickly by keywords (the system supports fuzzy query);

Through functional classification search, I want to do tax-issue certificate-issue tax payment certificate or issue tax payment certificate (paper);

Click "Issue Tax Payment Certificate/Issue Tax Payment Certificate (Documentary)", and the page will jump to the page of issuing tax payment certificate.

Select the start and end date of the tax payment period to be issued, check the serial number corresponding to the tax payment certificate to be issued, and click Issue.

If it has been issued, the taxpayer can print it according to the required proof format (see the above figure) under the button of "Issued Tax Payment Certificate (documentary form)/Supplementary Tax Payment Certificate (tabular form)".

The tax payment certificate can only be issued once, but it can be printed countless times.
