2 Introduction of Yunnan Public College
Yunnan Vocational College of Finance and Economics, located in Kunming, Yunnan Province, is headed by the Yunnan Provincial Department of Finance and under the business guidance of the Provincial Department of Education. The school implements the dean responsibility system under the leadership of the Party Committee. Its predecessor can be traced back to the first commercial vocational school in Yunnan Province, Yunnan Dingxin Junior Commercial Vocational School, which was established in 1934. On February 20 15, the Yunnan provincial government officially approved the establishment of Yunnan Finance and Economics Vocational College, and on April 23, 20 15, the school passed the examination and approval of the Ministry of Education. Yunnan Vocational College of Finance and Economics is one of the key 12 higher vocational colleges (colleges) in the 12th Five-Year Plan for the Establishment of Colleges and Universities in Yunnan Province.
