(5) others. Opinions of work unit or police station:

This opinion is signed by the local police station where the work unit or permanent residence is located. This opinion can be directly filled in the corresponding column of the application form and stamped with the official seal, or issued separately. The opinions should include the following contents: whether the contents filled in the application form are true, whether the applicant is prohibited from leaving the country according to law, and whether the applicant is allowed to travel to Hong Kong or Macao (if not, the reasons should be explained). The specific requirements are as follows:

(a) national staff, by the organization and personnel department according to the cadre management authority issued opinions.

(two) the personnel of state-owned enterprises and institutions shall be certified by the personnel or security department of the unit.

Two, apply to settle in Hong Kong and Macao shall submit the following materials:

(1) Submit the Approval Form for Mainland Residents to Settle in Hong Kong and Macao (2 accepted by the Municipal Bureau and 3 accepted by the County Bureau) and 2 photos with the same specifications, which are completely filled in and affixed with the applicant's recent bareheaded color photos (with white background and glossy paper, the specifications are 48 mm× 33 mm);

(2) Submit the applicant's resident identity card, household registration book or other household registration certificate and submit a copy;

(3) Hong Kong and Macao residents' identity cards, Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permits to and from the Mainland or Hong Kong and Macao compatriots' home visits should be submitted to relatives in Hong Kong and Macao and a copy should be submitted;

(4) Submit certificates corresponding to the reasons for settling in Hong Kong and Macao;

(5) Submit an invitation letter from relatives in Hong Kong and Macao;

(6) submit the opinions of the applicant's unit or police station on the applicant's settlement in Hong Kong and Macao;

(seven) submit other documents that the public security organ deems necessary.

The proof corresponding to the reasons for settling in Hong Kong and Macao refers to:

(1) To apply for the reunion of Hong Kong and Macao couples, the original and photocopy of the marriage certificate must be submitted.

(2) If you apply to go to Hong Kong and Macao to take care of your parents, you need to submit proof that your parents have no children and proof of kinship.

(3) The helpless children in the Mainland who apply for asylum in Hong Kong and Macao with their parents must submit birth medical certificates and parents' marriage certificates; Orphans who apply to go to Hong Kong and Macao to take refuge with their close relatives must submit a household registration book stating that their parents have died and a certificate of kinship with those who take refuge; Those who take refuge in adoptive parents must submit proof of adoption relationship; If parents divorce, they must submit a divorce judgment that their father or mother has custody over them.

(4) If the helpless elderly in the Mainland apply for refuge with relatives in Hong Kong and Macao, they must submit the proof that they have no children in the Mainland and relatives of the refuge.

(5) To apply for inheritance in Hong Kong and Macao, the decedent's death certificate, the certificate that there is no heir in Hong Kong and Macao, the applicant's inheritance right certificate, the legal documents issued by the real estate management authorities in Hong Kong and Macao, and the certificate of paying inheritance tax shall be submitted.

If the above-mentioned Hong Kong and Macao residents are of foreign nationality, they must also submit foreign passports or other documents that can prove their foreign nationality, Hong Kong and Macao permanent identity cards and proof of kinship.

Three, apply for Taiwan to submit the following materials:

2. Submit the applicant's ID card, household registration book or other household registration certificate, and submit a copy.

China citizens who have settled abroad shall submit their valid passports or travel permits of the People's Republic of China, as well as proof of residence abroad, and submit copies.

3. Submit a valid certificate of studying in Taiwan or a confirmed certificate of admission to Taiwan Province Province, and submit a copy.

Certification materials corresponding to the application:

Treatment process

The applicant's permanent residence is accepted by the exit-entry administration department of the county (city) or municipal public security organ, audited by the exit-entry administration department of the municipal public security organ, and certified by the exit-entry administration department of the provincial public security department. Settlement in Hong Kong and Macao shall be examined and approved by the exit-entry administration department of the Provincial Public Security Department.

Mainland residents applying for travel permits and endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao shall be accepted by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ where their permanent residence is located, except in the following circumstances:

(1) Mainland residents applying for business in Hong Kong and Macao shall be accepted by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ where their work units are located.

(2) Mainland residents applying for employment in Hong Kong or Macao through labor service companies shall be accepted by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ at or above the prefecture level (including the prefecture level, the same below) where the labor service company is located.

(3) A serviceman's application for going to Hong Kong or Macao shall be accepted by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ where the unit or work unit is located.

(4) Mainland residents who hold travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao and stay endorsements can apply for travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao and stay endorsements again during their stay in Hong Kong or return to the Mainland, and they can be accepted by the department that originally approved the acceptance of stay endorsements or the Shenzhen Entry-Exit Visa Office of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau (hereinafter referred to as Shenzhen Visa Office).

(5) Mainland residents who hold travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao and stay endorsements may apply for travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao and stay endorsements again during their stay in Macao or during their return to the Mainland, or apply for other endorsements to go to Hong Kong, which may be accepted by their original acceptance and examination department of stay endorsements or Zhuhai Entry-Exit Visa Office of Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau (hereinafter referred to as Zhuhai Visa Office).

Special circumstances:

(a) China citizens who have settled abroad apply for travel permits and endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao after coming to the Mainland, which shall be accepted by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ at or above the prefecture level where they live. In addition to filling in the application form and submitting relevant supporting materials in accordance with the provisions of this Code, the applicant must also submit the original China passport and overseas residence certificate, and provide a copy. After passing the examination, the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ issues other endorsements for the applicant.

(two) the exit and entry administration department of the public security organ only accepts the application for entry and exit permits and endorsements submitted by me, except for the following circumstances:

(1) If the applicant is under the age of 16 or has reached the age of 60, the client may apply on his behalf. (2) If a person in the same accepting department holds the same travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao and applies for endorsement again for the same reason, the client may apply for it on his behalf, but the application for endorsement of business in different places is not included. (3) If an applicant who goes to Hong Kong and Macao for employment through a labor management company applies for a pass and endorsement to and from Hong Kong and Macao again during his employment in Hong Kong and Macao, the labor management company designated by the Ministry of Commerce shall apply. (4) Mainland residents who hold stay endorsements in Hong Kong or Macau can apply through China travel agencies in Hong Kong or Macau.

In the above case, the client must submit the power of attorney, the original identity certificate of himself and the client, and a copy. The labor management company shall record the company seal and the signature of the person in charge to the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ at the prefecture level where the labor management company is located.

(3) Mainland residents may apply to the Shenzhen Visa Office or the Zhuhai Visa Office for the same endorsement if they find that the endorsement information on their passes to and from Hong Kong and Macao is incorrect. The Shenzhen Visa Office or Zhuhai Visa Office shall verify the situation with the exit-entry administration department of the provincial public security organ at the place of original issuance, and the exit-entry administration department of the provincial public security organ at the place of original issuance shall send a letter to entrust the Shenzhen Visa Office or Zhuhai Visa Office to renew the same endorsement for the applicant.

(5) Mainland residents who have lost or damaged their travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao may apply to the Shenzhen Visa Office or Zhuhai Visa Office for a one-time valid entry and exit permit to return to the Mainland through China travel agencies in Hong Kong or Macao.

(6) Mainland residents who hold the stay endorsement of Hong Kong or Macao may apply to the acceptance or examination and approval department for a new travel permit and stay endorsement if they lose their travel permit and stay endorsement during their return to the Mainland. When applying, submit the original certificate issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department or the relevant departments of Macao to confirm their relevant identity, and provide a copy. Applicants who urgently need to return to Hong Kong or Macao due to special circumstances may also apply to Shenzhen Visa Office or Zhuhai Visa Office for a one-time valid entry and exit permit to return to Hong Kong or Macao. When accepting an application, Shenzhen Visa Office or Zhuhai Visa Office shall verify the identity of the applicant.

(7) Mainland residents with stay endorsements in Hong Kong or Macao who lose their travel cards and stay endorsements during their stay in Hong Kong or Macao may apply to Shenzhen Visa Office or Zhuhai Visa Office for travel cards and stay endorsements through China travel agencies in Hong Kong or Macao. When applying, you must submit a complete application form, a written statement of the applicant's lost documents, and a certificate issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department or the relevant authorities in Macao to confirm his relevant identity.

Type of endorsement, validity period of exit, number of round trips and remarks:

There are six kinds of endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao: visiting relatives (T), business (S), group travel (L), individual travel (G), others (Q) and staying (D). Classify and publish according to the application.

(1) endorsement for visiting relatives. (2) For studying in Macao, the validity of exit endorsement shall be issued according to the study period approved by the Confirmation of Admission Certificate issued by the Macao Higher Education Auxiliary Office, but the longest period shall not exceed 1 year. For those who are employed in Macao, the validity period of exit endorsement shall be issued according to the time limit approved by the exit-entry department of Macao public security police or Macao social and cultural department or economic and financial department, but the longest period shall not exceed 2 years. When employees' relatives go to Macao for employment, they should issue valid exit endorsements within the time limit approved by the exit and entry affairs department of Macao public security, but the longest time should not exceed 2 years. The holder shall stay in Macao for no more than 90 days at a time.

Acceptance conditions:

1. Mainland residents who apply for travel permits and endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao shall meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Visiting relatives. Visit relatives who have settled, studied or worked in Hong Kong or Macao. "Relatives" refer to spouses, parents or parents, children, brothers and sisters of spouses. The applicant's spouse and children can apply together.

(2) Individual industrial and commercial households go to Hong Kong or Macao to operate. (3) Persons driving special vehicles between the Mainland and Hong Kong or Macao.

(3) Team travel. Participate in a tour group organized by a travel agency designated by the National Tourism Administration to travel to Hong Kong or Macao.

(4) personal travel. Approve the establishment of individual permanent residents to travel to Hong Kong or Macao.

(5) others. (1) Apply for going to Hong Kong or Macao for special reasons such as medical treatment, funeral service, litigation, examination, handling industry, academic exchange, etc. (2) Mainland residents studying and working in Macao apply for going to Hong Kong.

(6) stay. Persons who study, work or train in Hong Kong or Macao with the approval of the relevant departments of Hong Kong or Macao and their relatives.

Two, one of the following circumstances, you can apply to settle in Hong Kong and Macao:

One of the spouses has settled in Hong Kong or Macao and has been separated for many years; Parents who have settled in Hong Kong and Macao are old and frail and must be taken care of by mainland children; The helpless elderly and children in the mainland have to rely on their immediate family members and close relatives in Hong Kong and Macao; The property of immediate family members who have settled in Hong Kong or Macao is not inherited, and only mainland children can inherit it when they settle down; There are other special circumstances that must be solved.
