In Chongzuo City, those who apply for the qualification of kindergarten, primary school, junior middle school, senior middle school, secondary vocational school and secondary vocational school internship instructor shall meet any of the following conditions:

(2) Holding a residence permit within the validity period of Chongzuo City;

(5) Servicemen and armed police stationed in Chongzuo.

Second, the authority of the accreditation body

(a) the county (city, district) Education Bureau is responsible for identifying the qualifications of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers in this area;

(two) Chongzuo City Education Bureau is responsible for identifying the qualifications of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers at the city level and the qualifications of internship instructors in senior high schools, secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational schools in the city;

(three) the same applicant can only apply for one kind of teacher qualification within one year.

Third, the identification time

Fourth, the identification conditions

(1) The applicant shall pass the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, pass the written examination and interview, and obtain the Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers within the validity period.

If the applicant is a 20021class of publicly-funded normal students or graduate students in education, he/she should obtain the Teacher's Professional Ability Certificate for Normal Students, which is within the validity period.

Applicants who entered the school on or before 20 1 1 year may apply for direct recognition of the qualifications for teaching in the same or similar disciplines as their majors, because they joined the army during their studies (the school kept their school status) and graduated in 20021year.

(two) the applicant shall abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Teachers Law, and abide by the professional ethics of teachers.

(three) the applicant should have the necessary knowledge to undertake education and teaching work and the ability to analyze and solve practical problems in education and teaching by using the knowledge learned.

(four) the applicant should have the corresponding education as stipulated in the Teachers Law. Pre-school education (preschool education) graduates from full-time secondary normal schools, secondary vocational schools and technical colleges who hold the Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers within the validity period can apply for kindergarten teacher qualification. The pre-school education major of the school where these graduates belong must be filed in the Education Department of the autonomous region or the Human Resources and Social Security Department, and those who have not filed shall not be recognized.

(five) the applicant should reach the standard of "Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade Standard" issued by state language commission. Among them, those who apply for the qualification of teachers of non-Chinese subjects, whose household registration and work unit are located in towns and villages outside the resident of the county-level people's government at the time of application, can have a third-class level of Putonghua.

(VI) In accordance with the Physical Examination Standards and Measures for Teachers' Qualifications in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (for Trial Implementation), having physical conditions that meet the requirements for engaging in education and teaching, having passed the physical examination in the hospital designated by the teacher qualification accreditation institution and holding the medical examination form for teachers' qualifications in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (see annex). 1. Applicants identified in tiandeng, daxin county, Fusui County, Longzhou County, Ningming County and Pingxiang City shall go to the local people's hospital for physical examination;

2. Applicants for the qualification of internship guidance teachers in senior middle schools, secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational schools in the city, applicants at the city level and Jiangzhou District, and applicants from full-time colleges and universities in Chongzuo who are studying in colleges and universities and graduate students are unified to the Chongzuo People's Hospital for physical examination.

3. The above applicants who are not in the designated hospital for physical examination will not be accepted.

V. Identification process

(1) Online declaration.

Eligible applicants log on to "China Teacher Qualification Website" () within the registration time specified by the teacher qualification accreditation institution, select "Online Newspaper Portal for Teacher Qualification Accreditation Applicants", register users according to the system prompts, improve personal information and complete real-name verification, truthfully and accurately fill in the applicant information, and upload clear Personal Book and photos of electronic certificates as required (format: JPG/JPEG, with color on white background, no more than/kloc.

How to check whether the uploaded Personal Book is clear and complete: After the online newspaper is successful, the applicant downloads the Application Form for Teacher Qualification by himself, and uses Print Preview to check whether the uploaded Personal Book is clear and complete. If there is any unclear or incomplete display during the preview, the picture of Personal Book should be adjusted appropriately and then uploaded again according to the previous operation.

The applicant's choice of accreditation institution and on-site confirmation location must be checked from the following three items according to the actual situation: first, the domicile; The second is the place of residence (the local residence permit must be applied for and within the validity period, or the active servicemen and active armed police fill in the resident); The third is the location of the school (only for students who are studying in college and graduate students).

Counties (cities, districts) who apply for the qualification of teachers in junior middle schools, primary schools and kindergartens shall go to the local Education Bureau (except daxin county) for on-site confirmation;

Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities, Guangxi City Vocational College students and graduate students will be confirmed on the spot in our school (the specific matters will be notified by the school);

If you don't go to the site for confirmation within the specified time, it will be deemed as an automatic waiver.

(5) The original Certificate of Putonghua Proficiency Test Level. If the information of Putonghua proficiency test is shown as "verified" by the "Teacher Qualification Management Information System", the original may not be submitted.

(6) Original academic certificate. Applicants who have obtained Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic qualifications should also submit the original Certificate of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic qualifications issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and those who have obtained foreign academic qualifications should also submit the original Certificate of Foreign Academic Qualifications issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

If the academic information is verified by the electronic information of "Teacher Qualification Management Information System", the original academic certificate may not be submitted. If the comparison verification is unsuccessful, the applicant must submit the China Higher Education Certification Report in addition to the original academic certificate (except secondary vocational school education, you can apply through Xuexin.com in advance), otherwise it will be deemed as unqualified academic qualifications and will not be accepted.

(7) To apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, it is necessary to provide the original certificate of professional and technical positions above assistant engineer or technical grade of workers above intermediate level.

(8) Those who have passed the examination certificate of the national primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination, and the 20021education graduate students and the Teachers' Professional Ability Certificate for Normal Students at public expense have passed the system verification, and need not submit it on site.

(3) Accepting applications.

Colleges and universities in Chongzuo should submit the materials identified in this preliminary examination to the Municipal Education Bureau for review before 20021year1February 10. The materials submitted include the official document of the school's preliminary examination, the applicant's roster, the applicant's teacher qualification application form in duplicate, the original physical examination form and other materials.

(4) Qualification determination.

According to the review opinions of the Teacher Qualification Expert Review Committee, each accreditation body shall make a conclusion of qualification recognition within 30 working days from the date of termination of the application period, and notify the applicant of the recognition result in an appropriate way.

(5) Issuing certificates.

After completing the on-site audit, the accreditation bodies will make accreditation conclusions according to the audit situation and make teacher qualification certificates for those who meet the accreditation conditions. The applicant shall receive a Teacher Qualification Certificate and an Application Form for Teacher Qualification Certification according to the notification requirements of the accreditation institution, and the Application Form for Teacher Qualification Certification shall be submitted by the applicant to the management department where my personnel file is located, and shall be included in my personnel file, and the loss shall be borne by myself.

Some accredited institutions provide mail service, and applicants can choose when registering. The time and place to receive the Teacher Qualification Certificate and the Teacher Qualification Application Form shall be subject to the notice of the accreditation body. Please pay attention to the notice or telephone consultation issued by the accreditation body in time.

Six, epidemic prevention and control requirements

Education bureaus of counties (cities, districts) should strictly implement various prevention and control measures according to the situation of epidemic prevention and control in Guangxi and the principle of territorial management, arrange time reasonably at wrong times and peaks, and make overall plans for epidemic prevention and control and teacher qualification identification.

VII. Other matters

(a) the accreditation bodies should seriously study, understand and master the relevant policies for the accreditation of teachers' qualifications, standardize their operations, and recognize them according to law to protect the rights and interests of applicants. It is necessary to make overall arrangements for the accreditation working hours within the jurisdiction during the opening period of the whole region, strengthen publicity through the media such as the Internet and newspapers, timely release relevant information, patiently answer social inquiries, and ensure the smooth and orderly development of the accreditation of primary and secondary school teachers. Institutions at all levels should strictly abide by the Cyber Security Law of the People's Republic of China in the use of information systems, users of information systems must register with their real names, and users' information must be reported to the Education Department of the autonomous region for registration, strictly implement the security responsibility system, and ensure information security.

(2) According to the "Opinions on Printing and Distributing the Work of Improving and Standardizing the Issuance of Certificates by Police Stations" issued by the Ministry of Public Security and other departments 12 >; Notice (Gong Tong Zi [2016] 21No.). The mainland applicant's proof of no criminal record shall be verified by the local teacher qualification accreditation body at the public security organ before making the accreditation conclusion, so as to avoid the situation that the applicant has committed a crime and corrected the accreditation conclusion. The certificate of no criminal record of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents shall be issued by the applicants themselves. If necessary, applicants from Hong Kong and Macao may apply for a letter issued by our district to ask the relevant departments to issue a certificate of no criminal record.

(III) All certification bodies should strengthen the management of teacher qualification certification information, and conscientiously do a good job in checking and cleaning up the certification data. For the data that do not meet the certification conditions but mistakenly generate the certificate number, the certificate number should be cancelled in time in the system before the end of this batch certification. At the same time, in order to further strengthen the management of teachers' qualification certificates, all accreditation bodies must refer to the number of applications for registration data in the information system, and do a good job of testing before printing certificates to prevent abnormal loss.

(4) The applicant can pay attention to the relevant notices issued by the accreditation body of the domicile, residence, school and military station, and complete the online application, on-site confirmation and physical examination within the specified time according to the requirements of the local accreditation body. If the application is not completed within the specified time due to reasons such as missing the application time, choosing the wrong accreditation body or on-site confirmation point, incorrect application information or incomplete submission materials, the accreditation body will no longer accept it. Applicants should truthfully submit relevant materials, deliberately resort to deceit, and those who cheat teachers' qualifications will be punished according to relevant state regulations.
