The national overall planning information system for the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees (the first phase of the second phase of the Golden Insurance Project) (hereinafter referred to as the national overall planning system) was launched in the whole province on June 30, 2022. Guided by strengthening the convenience of employers and individuals and the standardization of social security agencies' handling services, the national overall planning system is based on improving the efficiency of employers, individuals and social security agencies' handling services and safeguarding the rights and interests of insured units and insured persons and the security of social security funds, and has been completely rebuilt, and a brand-new service guide and handling process has been set up. In order to ensure the smooth work of employers and individuals after going online, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

(1) On June 30th, the national overall planning system was launched with the following services: registration of social insurance of units, registration of change of units, registration of new employees' insurance (renewal), registration of employees' insurance suspension, amendment of personnel registration information, registration of flexible employees' insurance suspension, termination of pension insurance relationship, maintenance of bank account information of insured persons, inter-provincial transfer and connection of social insurance relationship, payment of arrears, payment of insured persons' insurance payment certificate, and treatment.

In the network hall of the unit, the employer can register and log in by means of government CA digital certificate, electronic business license and "Smart People's Society" APP. The same employer or individual can only register one account in the same online hall platform. Employers who have registered multiple social security insurance in our province should merge their registered accounts in time (the insured employees in multiple accounts are transferred to the registered accounts in the online service hall account); Individuals with multiple accounts can merge their personal accounts through the personal online service hall or the social security agency window of the insured registration place after July 3 1 day.
