The municipal price management department is responsible for formulating parking fees for motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles, and the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau is responsible for supervising and inspecting the implementation of parking fees.

(six) other conditions stipulated by laws, regulations and relevant technical specifications. Article 10 The Municipal People's Government shall encourage social capital to invest in the construction of public parking lots.
Use the underground space of green land, public venues, school playgrounds and other places to build underground parking lots.
Give priority to supporting the construction of functional and intensive parking facilities.
Encourage enterprises, institutions, residential quarters and individuals to use their own land and underground space to build parking lots in accordance with the law, and open them to the outside world with compensation. Chapter III Use and Management Article 11 Public parking lots invested and built by the state shall be operated under the franchise system according to law, and the operators who have obtained the franchise rights according to law shall be responsible for the operation; The income from the paid use of franchise rights shall be used as a whole for the construction and management of public parking lots.
Non-state-invested public parking lots shall be operated and managed according to the principle of "whoever invests will benefit". Twelfth operating public parking lot, managers should be put into use within fifteen days from the date of the city management and comprehensive law enforcement departments for the record. The following materials shall be provided for the record:
(a) business license, proof of ownership of real estate, proof of identity of the operator;
(2) List of parking facilities and parking lot design scheme;
(three) management, service, safety management system and emergency plan;
