2. Legal basis: Article 10 of the Regulations on Individual Industrial and Commercial Households.

If it is registered, the registration authority shall issue a business license within 10 days from the date of registration.

The state promotes electronic business licenses. Electronic business license and paper business license have the same legal effect.
