Take the light rail and get off at Wucaicheng Station.

Take bus No.7 to about 5 stops and get off at the west gate of the bonded area.

Take a bus from Dalian to the development zone and get off at PICC Building.

After getting off the bus, cross the street to the post office, take bus No.7 and get off at the west gate of the bonded area (all the third stops).

Option 3

Take a bus from Dalian to the development zone and get off at Gangxi Community.

Take bus No.2 and get off at Cai Dong, and drive eastward 100 meters, which is the west gate of the bonded area.

After arriving at the west gate of the Bonded Zone, pass through the office building of the Bonded Zone Management Committee about 100 meters on the left side of the gate.

Go to the social security center on the third floor.
