(1) office

(2) Policy and Regulation Department

Responsible for the implementation and tax management of turnover tax, income tax (including foreign-related enterprise income tax) and other taxes; Formulate specific measures for the collection and management of turnover tax and income tax (including foreign-related enterprise income tax); Responsible for the management of policies related to special VAT invoices; Responsible for the operation of golden tax engineering system, the popularization and application of VAT anti-counterfeiting tax control system and the management of turnover tax business; Responsible for the trial of tax cases (except major tax cases); Take the lead in formulating and organizing the implementation of comprehensive tax assessment systems and measures; Responsible for tax assessment, tax assessment, implementation of international tax agreements, implementation of anti-tax avoidance, information exchange, tax supervision of transnational income of Chinese and foreign residents and other international tax matters; Responsible for the management of the current income tax policies for foreign-related enterprises, and supervise and inspect the implementation and daily management.

Organize the implementation of comprehensive tax collection and management laws, regulations and rules, and formulate comprehensive tax collection and management systems and measures; Responsible for the management of tax information such as tax registration; Take the lead in comprehensively evaluating the quality of collection and management; To guide the tax collection and management of individual industrial and commercial households and bazaars; Responsible for organizing the popularization and application of tax collection and management software and tax control tools other than anti-counterfeiting tax control of special VAT invoices; Responsible for social tax protection and assisting judicial organs in cracking down on illegal acts such as forging, reselling and stealing ordinary invoices; Responsible for formulating tax service, basic management of daily tax sources and their comprehensive systems and methods; To carry out the supervision, management and guidance of tax agencies by higher authorities.

(6) Finance Office

Responsible for tax plan management, tax accounting, statistics and information data analysis and summary; To undertake centralized processing and unified accounting of taxpayers' tax declaration information, and organize and check the payment and refund of taxes; Responsible for the investigation and calculation of tax source data, tax analysis and monitoring of key tax sources; Responsible for the accounting, supervision and management of tax holdover, bad debts and dead taxes; Responsible for the management of tax vouchers; To be responsible for the fund management of funds, finance, infrastructure, equipment and assets of the bureau; Organize internal audit and guide government procurement; Responsible for the financial management and supervision of this bureau.

(7) Tax Service Hall

Responsible for all kinds of tax-related matters handled by taxpayers in tax authorities, including tax registration, tax declaration, tax collection, tax payment, tax arrears announcement, invoice purchase and sale, tax law publicity, gold tax sale, tax declaration review, consultation and guidance, application for reduction and exemption and acceptance of relevant preferential policies; To undertake other tasks assigned by the leaders.

(8) Department of Personnel Education

To study and implement the personnel management system; Responsible for the organization, preparation, appointment and dismissal, rewards and punishments, assessment, employment, deployment, communication, dismissal, labor wages, personnel file management, professional and technical positions and other personnel management work; Responsible for family planning management; Responsible for the supervision and management of the leading bodies and leading cadres at the next level and the training and selection of reserve candidates; Responsible for the ideological and political work, spiritual civilization construction and grassroots construction of the bureau; Responsible for education and training management and its implementation.

The office of retired cadres is responsible for the management and service of retired cadres in this bureau.

(9) Supervision Office
