Main debate points

1 Everyone has a sense of freedom.

Everyone has the same time control, illness or death, but he violates the law.

Family background is not an essence of a person, but an external factor. We only discuss internal factors, because internal factors determine external factors.

Although the environment can affect people, it is more important that people can change the environment or nature through their own strength, so the environment is only an external favorable or unfavorable factor.

1, the initial meaning of this sentence.

When many people talk about this sentence, they will first think of it as a sentence from the Enlightenment in the18th century, and let this sentence really be used in practice because it is placed in the first sentence of the American Constitution: all people are created equal and have the right to life, freedom and pursuit of happiness. Here

Equality is not the equality of property rights, but the equality of personality, political and legal equality; Equality is not the equality between rich and poor, but the equality of development opportunities, that is, the equality of opportunities to pursue happiness.

2. The meaning of this sentence I used here.

I use this sentence here from the perspective of psychology and personality, from the perspective of individuals to others: psychological equality between people, equality between people in personality. Of course, this psychological and personality equality is closely related to political and legal equality.

A very important reason for psychological and personality inequality is political and legal inequality. Perhaps there are more fundamental reasons for political and legal inequality. ......

3. What are the existing problems?

The existing problems are: when our common people meet the leader's face, there will be an unnatural smirk; when many of our employees meet the general manager, they will feel a little scared; when many of our students meet the teacher, they will feel a little unnatural; when our people talk to the police, they will feel a little nervous.

4. What are the causes of the existing problems?

As I said just now, political and legal inequality is a very important factor that causes the above problems, but it should not be the fundamental factor. Because obviously, there is no political and legal inequality for primary school students, but why do our children get a little scared when they see teachers? This is not the case for children in developed countries?

After a careful study of my own childhood and adolescence, as well as the general situation of China's family, I found that this psychological inequality stems from two factors.

First, the inequality between parents and children: parents and children are not friends, but a relationship between caretakers and wards. Parents have the right to beat and scold their children and even decide whether they can eat or not. In developed countries in Europe and America, parents basically have only obligations to their children, and the only rights can only be owned on the basis of fully fulfilling their obligations, such as custody. In the United States and Canada, the law stipulates that children under the age of 12 cannot be alone, even at home, and must be accompanied by adults. If a parent leaves a child under the age of 12 alone, it is called "out of custody". When the child is out of custody, if the neighbor or anyone finds out and calls the police, the parents should be investigated for criminal responsibility. Netizens in the United States have cited an example: the Chinese mother of a single-parent family locked her eight-year-old child at home because she went to work, and after being discovered by her neighbors, she called the police. The mother explained to the court what she had to do and begged for it, but the court finally deprived her of custody, and after eight years, she got married again, and finally asked the court to get back the custody of the child. If there is any corporal punishment, the loss of custody is almost inevitable. Freud said: Children's initial concept of power and their fear and desire for power come from "patriarchy". Needless to say, the family relationship model is very important for children's cognition of social relations.

The second is the inequality between teachers and students: there are many similarities between this and the first point, so I won't repeat them. Teachers in China, especially those in our time, played the role of parents when their children were at school, and also had many rights that they should not have. Therefore, the first point is, to some extent, the reason for the second phenomenon. From the example of the United States cited in the preceding paragraph, we can see that the imperfection of China's laws and the inequality within the family interact with each other: such families produce such people, and such people choose such laws, and such laws have no effect on the inequality in such families. Of course, the above statement is not accurate, because there is no strict law in China.

5. What are the solutions to the existing problems?

The reason for writing this article is that the "we" in the above-mentioned "existing problems" also includes "I", and it is even worse than many people. Realistically speaking, I can't change our education, our laws and the family environment I grew up in. I'm not going to complain about them or blame them. But this "feeling of inequality" makes me uncomfortable. Is there any other way I can change it?

Before thinking about the solution, I will make a detailed analysis of my own situation. Psychological "inequality" generally has the following situations.

A, when facing the company's superiors.

B, when facing government personnel. For example, county magistrate, chairman, police, tax bureau, industry and commerce.

C, when facing the teacher (former school teacher, now occasionally training teacher)

After thinking about it all night, I found that two words are very helpful to solve this problem: "transaction" and "giving". Analyze three situations.

A, the company's superior: This is relatively easy. In the current market economy, I can change jobs if I am dissatisfied. The relationship with the company is a "transaction" relationship: I sell my knowledge and my physical strength, and you pay me. I tried my best to make my boss feel what he got from me.

Greater than what he gave me, then I have a clear conscience. This business relationship is a trading relationship and a cooperative relationship. I sold my knowledge and physical strength, not my body, my dignity and my personality. I can not accept any personal offensive words from him.

Sex is an abyss full of dangers. Thanks to the efforts of psychologists such as freud and Jung, the obscurity, complexity and profundity of human nature are beyond doubt, because their analysis is based on the consideration of experience and phenomena, so it is "scientific".

"All men are born equal", which is the expression of equality in the American Declaration of Independence. It is said at the political level. From the sociological point of view, people seem to be born unequal. Nietzsche believes that all men are born unequal, and excellent people cannot be confused with inferior people. Nietzsche supported the extremely cruel apartheid system. On the contrary, Nietzsche was hostile to Christianity because Christians opposed the Aryan caste system. Nietzsche said: "Christianity is an outstanding anti-Aryan religion: it advocates the revaluation of all Aryan values, the victory of untouchable values, the gospel of the poor and the lowly, the total rebellion against' race' by all the trampled, unfortunate, losers and eliminated people-the immortal untouchable revenge as a religion of love ...".

Then, in today's public view, what will happen to the measurement and positioning of people or human nature?

The square is created equal.

Support the affirmative

4 4 The opponents are born unequal.

B, government personnel: Look at the people's faces when they saw the national leaders on the news broadcast, look at the faces of the people when they asked for directions with the police comrades in the city, look at the smile of the mayor of Mianyang City during the 5. 12 earthquake, and think about their first time to work in the tax bureau and these tax officials.

The psychological feelings when getting along are disgusting and sad. Some people say that China is a society that slaps the face from top to bottom and kowtows from bottom to top. In this society, people are not equal, and it is said that classes have been eliminated, but it is full of countless classes with strict hierarchy and distinct nobility and inferiority. Let me try to use the theory of "transaction" to solve the psychological "inequality" when meeting government personnel. In essence, government employees are supported by the taxes we pay, just like my relationship with my boss. I am the boss and government employees are wage earners. I pay them and they work for me. By the way, clarify an idea: some people say that I have never paid taxes in my life. In fact, generally speaking, most of the things you buy contain at least 17% value-added tax, plus income tax and other small taxes, which are actually paid out of your pocket. Strictly speaking, on average, at least 30% of the money you pay for food, supplies and services goes to the government. Only death and taxes are inevitable. Therefore, the relationship between me and government officials is also a kind of transaction. Although, theoretically speaking, many wage earners are forcing my boss to pay wages now, and they still don't provide good service because people have guns, but I haven't encountered such a situation in my life. Therefore, when I deal with government officials, I can still say in my heart: I support you, you have to work hard! You are not an official in the feudal era, nor a leader in the planned economy era. You are my watchdog! This feels better (RTMD). It is also necessary to mention that our boss sends newspapers to the arms of tax officials every day, and people often call him in the middle of the night to "where are we playing? Come and play". After a look, people leave, so he goes to check out. I don't think his feelings are too difficult. Later, when I chatted with him, I talked about this matter. He said three things that touched me: 1. Government officials don't like people who have no dignity, flattery, hypocrisy and only know how to give money, because they are human beings. 2. They still have to respect me because I have pigtails in my hand, and I am still their food and clothing parents, and everyone will be honored. 3. I lost some dignity, gained money, and promoted social employment, and my psychology was basically balanced.
