Conditions for inter-provincial transfer and connection of endowment insurance relationship:
1, male under 50 years old, female under 40 years old (the age is subject to my ID card, if there is any objection in my file); 2. Return to the employment insurance where the household registration is located; 3. With the approval of the organization department of the Party committee at or above the county level and the administrative department of human resources and social security, establish labor relations with the transferred units and pay the basic old-age insurance premium; 4. 3. The insured person applies for transfer to the social security institution in the new employment place, presents the Payment Certificate of Basic Endowment Insurance, and issues the Contact Letter for Transfer and Continuation of Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship.
4. After receiving the Contact Letter on the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship from the social security agency in the new place of employment, our bureau will check the relevant information, generate the Information Form on the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship, and mail it to the social security agency in the new place of employment to handle the fund transfer procedures.
② Cross-regional transfer within the scope of provincial overall planning.
1. Before the insured moves across cities within the provincial overall planning scope, the insured unit shall check its basic information, fill in the List of Insurance Payment Vouchers and Information Application, and affix its official seal. 3. The insured person applies to the social security agency in the new place of employment for transfer and connection, and presents the payment voucher of the basic old-age insurance, and issues the contact letter of the transfer and connection of the basic old-age insurance relationship.
4. The original insured unit carries the contact letter of the transfer and connection of the basic old-age insurance relationship of the social security agency in the new employment place and the employee's old-age insurance manual to our bureau to issue the information table of the transfer and connection of the basic old-age insurance relationship.
③ Transfer process
1. After the insured person flows across provinces to our city for employment, he should establish a basic old-age insurance relationship in the social security institution according to the regulations, handle the employee's old-age insurance manual, and give the individual number.
2. When applying for transfer, the insured unit shall fill in the Application Form for Transfer and Continuation of Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship, and provide: (1) the payment voucher of basic endowment insurance printed by the social security agency in the transfer place; (2) A copy of the resident identity card; (3) a copy of the household registration book; (4) New employee pension insurance manual and personal number; (5) if the organization, human resources and social security departments at or above the county level approve the transfer, they shall provide the transfer instructions.
3. For those who meet the transfer conditions, the social security agency will generate a contact letter for the transfer and continuation of the basic old-age insurance relationship after accepting it, and send it to the social security agency of the original insured place by mail.
4, I received the original social security institutions "basic old-age insurance relationship transfer information form" and the transfer fund, for its transfer procedures, and will inform the insured units.
5. If there is repeated payment during the transfer, one of the basic old-age insurance relationships and personal accounts will be retained upon my written application, and other relationships will be cleared at the same time. The amount stored in the personal account will be returned to me, and the individual payment period will not be counted repeatedly.
