Resign (a post/job/position)
I worked in a private company in naked resignation for two and a half years. The idea of leaving is not impulsive. I have been thinking for 3-4 months, which can be said to be thoughtful. I have considered the development prospect of my own enterprise, analyzed the ceiling of my post and considered my own personal interests, but I just missed the most important thing. What should we do next?
Like most people in naked resignation, I thought I could rest and relax after leaving work, so I went out to play for more than half a month. Later, when I had enough fun, I thought it would be better to take a certificate first to improve my knowledge, so I went to take an examination of the tax accountant.
Resign (a post/job/position)
It's already mid-June of 5438+0 1, so I think it's better to get a driver's license when I have time, because I have no time to practice driving at work, so I went to learn driving, and I got my driver's license in late February of 5438+0.
So it's all over. I think I'll look for a job after the New Year, but I'm still looking for a job after the New Year, and now I'm finally anxious and realize how naive and shallow my original decision was.
Resign (a post/job/position)
We often think that naked resignation has a lot of time to think about work, but we overestimate our mobility. Thinking without direction is in vain, but we have been busy for so long and achieved nothing. Therefore, finding a good job before leaving your job will be much less stressful in terms of energy, money and spirit. I want to share some issues that I think should be considered most when looking for a job for your reference:
First of all, it is necessary to find out whether you left your job because you don't like this position and this industry.
In most companies, 90% of the jobs in the same position are similar. If you don't like the company's corporate culture and have limited room for promotion, but you like your job, then you can find a better company.
If you are not interested in this position, the specific performance is: muddling along at work, just trying to do your duty, nothing else; Not interested in the promotion of this position, I feel that being a leader is not as comfortable as being a clerk; In my spare time, I never pay attention to the dynamics of the industry where I work, and I don't want to expand my work skills from news, books and videos. Insist on the idea that you can't keep up with your work and leave your job no less than five times in three months. Therefore, you can consider changing careers when the working hours are not long and the cost of trial and error is low.
