Apply for residence permit online:

Step 1: Register. Must be a real name registration, with ID number and real name, fill in personal mobile phone number, send verification code, fill in verification code, and registration is complete. Note: After successful registration, the ID number and real name cannot be modified.

Step 2: Log in and select the proof type of stay time. Click "Online Application" in the navigation bar, select "Apply for Residence Permit" in the left column, and click "Fill in the Form" below. There are four options, including registration card has been processed for 6 months, temporary residence permit has been processed for 6 months, personal wage income tax has been paid for 6 months, and social security (five insurances) has been paid for 6 months. Select one of the conditions you meet, click Save and continue.

Proof materials can be printed in the social security window or queried and printed online. To inquire about the printing method online, you need to register and log in to the "Beijing Social Insurance Online Service Platform" (www.bjrbj.gov.cn/csibiz/home) in advance, click on the personal rights record, select "Personal Registration Information Customization Service", and select the last month of the current month to push the continuous payment for 6 months. After the application is submitted, it can usually be found the next day. After printing, it can be used as proof of continuous payment of social security for 6 months.

Proof that individual wage income tax has been paid for 6 months continuously, as shown in the following figure:

Personal wage income tax certificate is printed in the window of local taxation bureau.

Online personal wage income tax inquiry method: go to the website of Beijing Local Taxation Bureau to inquire about tax information-go to or directly open the "Personal Basic Information Management" (website: /gssfgl/djxxbc.do? Method =djxxlr), register personal basic information, and go to the local tax window for approval after registration.

Step 3: Fill in the identity information. Items include: name, gender, nationality, date of birth, household registration address (province, city and county), detailed household registration address and ID number.

Note: Please fill in the identity information correctly to ensure that the name, ID number, gender, nationality, date of birth, household registration address and detailed household registration address are exactly the same as the information on the ID card!

Step 4: Fill in the basic information. Items include: political outlook, education level, household registration category, marital status, telephone number, place of birth, marriage and childbirth certificate, and immunization certificate.

Step 5: Select the application type. It is divided into three types, that is, one of the three conditions that need to be met: legally stable residence, legally stable employment, and continuous study. Different options require different supporting materials.

Step 6: Fill in the residence information. Items include: residence type, date of leaving home, date of coming to Beijing, date of coming to present residence, reason of coming to Beijing, owner's name, owner's ID card, owner's present residence, owner's telephone number, house address, detailed address of the house, local police station, service station (street office), jurisdiction, acceptance outlets, etc.

Note: Please fill in the detailed address of the house correctly, otherwise the site acceptance will be affected. For example, Room XXXX, Unit XX, Building X, Beiyuan Home, Chaoyang District, Beijing; Please select the acceptance outlets according to your current address. If you don't know the local police station, service station, jurisdiction and acceptance outlets, you can consult your neighborhood office for confirmation. Please fill in the detailed mailing address correctly, otherwise it will affect EMS delivery.

Step 7: Fill in the employment information. Items include: current situation (employment, students, retirement, etc. ). For those who choose employment, other items are as follows: name of the employer, location of the employer, detailed address of the employer, industry of the employer, main occupation, signing a labor contract, participating in social insurance in Beijing, participating in social insurance and verification code.

The last step: preview and confirm. Open the preview confirmation page, and a table (as shown below) will appear, which contains all kinds of information just filled in. After confirmation (if there is any problem, you can return to modify it), and submit the confirmation.

Note: If the information is found to be incorrect, it can be modified before the system sends the admission notice.

At this point, the online application for residence permit is completed, and the system will send a waiting notice to remind you to queue up in the system. Please wait for the acceptance notice to tell you the specific processing time. After receiving the acceptance notice, you can go to the acceptance outlet for quick handling according to the specified time, and bring relevant materials.

Note: The relevant certification materials you need to bring include my resident ID card, temporary residence permit, registration certificate, tax payment certificate or social security (five risks) certificate and other proof of residence time, as well as proof of legally stable residence, legally stable employment or continuous study consistent with the information reported online.
