The area of the property right exchange house that can be purchased by the expropriated person is 0.2 times+10 square meter of the building area of the expropriated house, in which:

(2) If the same person or husband and wife have two or more houses within the scope of this project, the construction area of the expropriated houses will be calculated together, and the building of 10 square meter will only be enjoyed once;
(3) When the building area of the expropriated house +0.2 times the building area of the expropriated house+10 square meter is less than the minimum apartment area of the property right exchange house, it is allowed to purchase the minimum apartment area of the property right exchange house in this project.
4. The purchase price of the property right exchange house.
(1) 0.2 times of the building area of the expropriated house, 10 square meter, purchased at a preferential price of 4,500 yuan/square meter during the signing period and 7,000 yuan/square meter after the expiration of the signing period;
(2) The construction area of the expropriated house is purchased according to the benchmark price of this project;

5. House selection sequence
In line with the principle of "signing the contract first and choosing the house first", the expropriated person can voluntarily choose the resettlement houses in Area A and Area B for property right exchange.

If the house is relocated according to the agreed time during the signing period, the temporary resettlement fee of 40 months shall be paid in one lump sum based on the room type of the property right exchange house selected by the expropriated person; If you sign a contract and move after the signing period, the temporary resettlement fee will decrease month by month. 3. Compensation for losses caused by suspension of production or business.
If the house to be expropriated meets the following conditions, it shall compensate the expropriated person for the loss of production or business suspension:

4. Relocation allowance
