The moisture content and temperature of hot air entering the blast furnace through blower and hot blast stove have a direct impact on the operation of the blast furnace. Division I is located in western Guangdong, with high average temperature and high relative humidity. Especially in the hot and rainy season in summer, even in the same day, due to the change of temperature and relative humidity, the atmospheric moisture content may change greatly. By using the technology of dehumidifying blast furnace, the state of blast air can be kept constant all year round, and the four seasons are like winter, thus avoiding the influence of meteorological changes on blast furnace.

In the process of bid evaluation, the technical schemes of each unit were strictly reviewed, and the technological process of two-stage dehumidification+air regeneration was optimized. After "primary cooling-deep cooling" two-stage dehumidification, the air enters the blower after being heated by regenerative charging, so that the absolute humidity is controlled at 6.8- 10g/Nm3. According to the calculation that the coke ratio is reduced by 0.8kg/t for every reduction of moisture content 1g/m3, the annual energy saving benefit can reach15 million yuan.
(3) Do a good job in the secondary utilization of energy, and the project investment is based on creating efficiency for the company's expectations. With the improvement of the company's management and operation level, as well as the commissioning of No.3 electric fan, the average surplus of gas in the factory has reached more than 50,000 Nm3/h, and the highest is100,000 nm3/h.. The profit level of iron and steel industry in the current fierce market competition environment largely depends on the ability to utilize and waste. In order to make the best use of the secondary energy in the plant, the company finally decided to organize the project implementation according to the way that the saturated steam from steelmaking and the surplus blast furnace gas are respectively allocated to the generator set after the review and research of the scheme design and preliminary design.
The blast furnace gas power generation project is consistent with the first and second phase blast furnace gas power generation projects, and 1 unit 130t/h gas boiler and 1 25MW steam turbine generator set are expanded in the thermal power station area. In order to reduce the investment cost and change the mode of exclusive bidding in the first and second phases, four units were invited to bid. At the end of 10, the tender was completed, and the winning bid price was 68.68 million yuan, which was higher than the second-phase total contract price.

The saturated steam power generation project in steelmaking, after two scheme design reviews and two preliminary design reviews, was inspected in Shaogang and Xinyu Steel Works. The process flow was finally confirmed as follows: saturated steam enters a 30t/h steam superheater (with 8t/h self-produced steam) after being stabilized by a 560m3 heat accumulator, and the superheated boiler raises the saturated steam to 430℃, and then enters a 6MW steam turbine generator set for power generation. It is estimated that the investment of the project is about 35 million yuan, and the power supply outside the year is 43 million kwh.

In order to improve the working environment of on-site employees and ensure their health, the company plans to implement the project of adding dust removal facilities in the raw material yard.
