2. My ID card and social security card (if the social security card is lost, you can paste my photo on the company's resignation certificate and affix the company's official seal to the photo).
3. The application form sealed by the company or the certificate of resignation and transfer (if the labor contract with the company has been terminated and the social security has stopped, this is not needed for handling the payment voucher).
