1. High school graduates who have participated in the 20 19 college entrance examination in Zhejiang Province, and have good moral character, physical and mental health, high comprehensive quality, innovative ability and training potential, and certain specialties;

(5) Artistic specialty: in the high school stage, he won the third prize (inclusive) or above in the national art exhibition for primary and secondary schools and the art competition for middle school students sponsored by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education and the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture (individual projects only), or participated in the vocal music, instrumental music and dance art specialty test organized by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education and obtained an A-level certificate.

Chapter V Selection Process

Article 18 Qualification examination and written evaluation: The trinity comprehensive evaluation expert committee of the college conducts qualification examination on the candidates' application materials, and according to the written evaluation results (the written evaluation results are converted into the results of the candidates' academic level test, and the conversion criteria are: A 10, B-5, C-2 and D-0), from high to low, according to the total number of enrollment plans/KLOC-. If the number of people who pass the qualification examination is less than 7 times of the total enrollment plan, all candidates will be shortlisted for the comprehensive quality test.

Candidates who have made outstanding achievements in academic competitions, scientific and technological innovation, language and literature, art, sports, etc. in senior high school (refer to the special conditions in the registration conditions for the specific award names and levels) are directly admitted to the comprehensive quality test after being identified by the expert committee, which does not account for the proportion of people who have passed the written review.

Article 19 The comprehensive quality test is conducted by interview, which mainly examines students' comprehensive quality, professional accomplishment and professional potential, with a full score of 100.

Article 20 After the comprehensive quality test, our college will determine the shortlist according to the comprehensive quality test results from high to low, and the final shortlist of candidates will not exceed 5 times of the total enrollment plan. The list of short-listed candidates will be published on the college enrollment information website and reported to Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute for the record.

Chapter VI Admission

Twenty-first candidates' voluntary reporting is included in the unified reporting of colleges and universities admitted in advance in Zhejiang Province. Candidates must report to our college in the first volunteer column of the five colleges and universities, otherwise it will be invalid. The professional volunteers to be filled in must be within the scope of the major (category) of the enrollment plan announced by our college. The professional volunteers and subjects subject to adjustment must meet the requirements of the college entrance examination, and the cultural achievements must reach the second line (inclusive) or above.

Article 22 The college shall accept students from high scores to low scores according to their comprehensive evaluation results.

Comprehensive evaluation score = academic level test score × 15%+ comprehensive quality test score ×35%+ college entrance examination score ×50% (the three scores are converted into a percentage system).

Among them, the full score of the academic level test is 100, a is 10, b is 5, c is 2, and d is not scored.

If the candidates' comprehensive evaluation scores are the same, they will be sorted according to the single item order and the score level. The single item order is: comprehensive quality test score, total score of college entrance examination and academic level test score.

Article 23 Rules for professional investment: The college shall set the baseline for investment within the school according to the total enrollment plan 1: 1, and select the best students according to the principle of "score first, parallel volunteer", and there is no grade difference between majors. When the candidate's comprehensive evaluation results can't meet the professional volunteers, if the candidate obeys the professional adjustment, the college will adjust from high score to low score according to the comprehensive evaluation results to the enrollment plan. If it is still insufficient, the candidates will be selected from the high score to the low score one by one from the baseline, until they are full.

Article 24 If the number of candidates who volunteer to fill in the form is less than 1 10% of the total enrollment plan of the college, the number of candidates admitted shall be controlled within 85% of the number of candidates who volunteer to fill in the form.

Twenty-fifth of the candidates' physical health requirements, with reference to the provisions of the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities". Where the examinee's physical examination meets the clause of "the school can refuse admission", the college will implement it as "no admission".

Chapter VII Admission Review, Fees and Subsidies

Twenty-eighth freshmen admitted to the college should go through the admission formalities at the registration time specified by the college. Those who are unable to enroll on schedule for some reason shall ask for leave in writing to the College Admissions Office before the registration deadline, and the leave period shall not exceed two weeks (counting from the registration deadline of freshmen). Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification, except for legitimate reasons such as force majeure. After the new students enter the school, the college will review them in accordance with the national enrollment regulations within three months. Those who fail to pass the re-examination will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations.

Twenty-ninth college in strict accordance with the approval of the price department of Zhejiang Province and the relevant provisions of the implementation of fees. "Trinity" students are charged a registration fee of 140 yuan/student. If they fail to take the comprehensive quality test for personal reasons after successful payment, the registration fee will not be refunded. Candidates who fail to pay the fee within the time limit will be deemed to have given up the test qualification automatically and cannot take the comprehensive quality test. Article 30 The College has established a perfect scholarship system for outstanding students and a financial aid system for needy students.

Chapter VIII Supervision Mechanism

Article 31 In order to maintain the fairness and justice of examination enrollment, ensure fair opportunities, open procedures and fair results, the discipline inspection and supervision office of the college participates in the whole process and strictly supervises it to prevent the enrollment power from seeking rent. Article 32 The College has not entrusted individuals or intermediary organizations to carry out the work related to the enrollment of special types of examinations, and does not hold any form of remedial classes.

Article 34 The whole process of the comprehensive quality test is videotaped, and the list of experts and the interview order are randomly determined by drawing lots.

Chapter IX Supplementary Provisions

Thirty-fifth candidates in any of the following circumstances, truthfully recorded in their examination integrity files:

(1) Providing false personal information such as name, age, nationality, household registration, forging or illegally obtaining certificates, achievement certificates, honorary certificates, etc., to defraud registration qualifications and enjoy preferential policies.

(two) providing false materials in the comprehensive quality evaluation and related application materials, which affects the admission results.

(3) Enrolling in school as an impostor, and being admitted to school as a substitute or obtaining preferential qualifications.

(four) other acts of fraud in violation of the provisions of college enrollment.

If the above behavior is found in the registration stage, the qualification for registration will be cancelled; Those found before admission will be disqualified; If it is found after admission, the admission qualification or student status will be cancelled; If it is found after graduation, the education administrative department shall declare the academic qualifications and degree certificates invalid, and order them to be withdrawn or confiscated; Anyone suspected of committing a crime shall be transferred to judicial organs for handling according to law.
