1. The key to preparing relevant materials is the lease contract and real estate license of the house. 2. Go to the industrial and commercial department to check the name with the information (don't go if you don't want the name).

3. Bring the name approval notice to the food and drug supervision department for the catering service license; (In some places, food and drugs may have been incorporated into the market supervision administration by industry and commerce. )

4. The food and drug department will come to the site for inspection and make rectification as required;

5. After getting the catering service license, go to the industrial and commercial department to apply for a business license, free of charge.
