The first stage: focus on the consolidation of basic work. To do one's job well in an all-round and solid way, basic knowledge is decisive for further development in the future, which is also an important condition for realizing the transformation from a student to a professional.
The second stage: we should gradually change from the role of ordinary accountant to the role of manager. To adjust their knowledge structure, financial managers should not only have rich professional knowledge, but also be familiar with the overall management of enterprises and actively participate in various decisions of enterprises.
The third stage: becoming an excellent financial manager. An excellent financial manager needs to have basic financial management ability, communication ability, leadership ability and financial decision-making ability. Coordinating the relationship between superiors and subordinates, building a training team, and assisting CEO in decision-making to be a good staff are all key exercises and trainings in this period.
As for the career planning, I have planned in three stages, namely, short-term, medium-term and long-term, and formulated the career goals of the three stages respectively, that is, first find a general enterprise in all aspects to be an accountant, then choose a company with good development prospects by virtue of accumulated experience, and finally start a business with accumulated resources to create a sky of my own. Short-term plan 20xx-20xx to finish school and get a bachelor's degree. When you find a job, the requirements for treatment are not too high. During school, you should strengthen the exercise of professional quality and improve your comprehensive quality. Read professional books and related books, participate in social practice activities, and take advantage of holidays to participate in internships to improve your comprehensive quality.
Medium-term plan 20xx-20xx: As an accounting supervisor, I will accumulate certain three resources, constantly improve my professional quality in practical work, and pass the CPA exam within five years;
Long-term plan to start your own business career after 20xx, and use the accumulated resources to start a business. With the rich social resources, choose a promising industry to start your own business.
I am a junior now. What I can do and do well is to base myself on the current situation, consolidate my professional knowledge and strengthen the exercise of my overall quality. Specifically, I will pass CET-6 in the second half of the year and strive to pass the examination for intermediate accountants during my senior year. Finish the dissertation.
