Divorce registration shall be handled in accordance with the procedures of acceptance, preliminary examination, examination and registration (certification):

3. The marriage registrar explains to the parties the conditions for registering divorce in the Marriage Law.

4. The marriage registrar asks the parties about their willingness to divorce and the content of the divorce agreement.
