1. Open a browser and click the pop-up blocker. Pop-up blocker.

2. Click Compatibility View Settings in the toolbar, fill in the problematic website at the top, and then click Add.

3. Make sure that the following two options are selected. Just turn off the settings and refresh the webpage.
