3. During the service period, the registered permanent residence and files will be left in the graduated university, and the service fee will be exempted. After the service expires, the school will issue dispatch cards.

4。 During the service period, you can enjoy a half-price discount for hard seat tickets four times a year between your pre-school residence and your service place.

5. If it is really difficult to apply for a student loan during the school period and repay the loan during the on-the-job period, colleges and universities should actively coordinate with banks and other relevant parties to help them delay repayment.

6. Conditional colleges and universities can use some scholarships to encourage and guide college graduates to volunteer at the grassroots level in the west.
