What is the epidemic prevention and control situation in enterprises that have resumed work and production?
First, early deployment. On January 27, our bureau formulated and issued the "Notice on Arranging and Deploying Enterprises to Support the Production of Anti-epidemic Materials". All enterprises took active actions. Tai'an Lutheran Engineering Materials Co., Ltd. formulated six epidemic prevention and control measures; TBEA signed a contract with all partners issued a commitment letter for collaborative epidemic prevention, locating and monitoring the location of employees every day, and conducting body temperature measurements; Detai Machinery is equipped with portable body temperature thermometers, masks and disinfection items in the main passages of the factory; Runtong Machinery and San Miguel Source use their own stock of masks , increase employee distribution. Continuous production companies have further strengthened the inspection of employees, strengthened employee flow control, and paid close attention to the health status of employees who stayed behind during the holidays and those who returned after the holidays, especially those who returned to Wuhan and surrounding areas and areas with confirmed cases. Strengthen inspections of factories and living areas of enterprise employees, take measures such as frequent disinfection, ventilation, and strengthen monitoring to do a good job in health and epidemic prevention.

Facilities and materials must be in place, and enterprises must prepare necessary prevention and control materials and purchase epidemic prevention and control materials such as rapid infrared body temperature detectors, disinfectants, and masks. It is necessary to implement isolation places. Enterprises with collective dormitories must set up temporary isolation places and arrange single rooms and relatively independent rooms as temporary isolation places for people returning to work from the epidemic area. Enterprises that do not meet the conditions must follow the unified instructions of the sub-district office within their jurisdiction. Arrange, determine the specific isolation observation location and report it to the local community. Internal management must be in place. Enterprises must formulate epidemic prevention and control management regulations, including specific measures such as employee health management, disinfection management, commuting management, business travel management, dining management, etc. In principle, enterprises implement closed management and strictly prohibit irrelevant personnel from entering the production office of the unit. Place; conduct body temperature checks on all working personnel every day before entering the factory and the unit, use rapid infrared body temperature detectors at the entrance to carry out temperature checks on all personnel entering the enterprise, and report the status and key points of personnel returning to work and production in accordance with regulations Monitor the situation of personnel and employee health status, etc.; do a good job in ventilation, disinfection and sanitation management of the site and control of isolation areas, and establish and implement a personal protection knowledge training system for all employees before resuming work.

When industrial enterprises resume work and production, they must meet the above conditions and must report at least 2 days in advance before starting work. Enterprises must submit the following materials when reporting: enterprise epidemic prevention and control management regulations, enterprise epidemic prevention and control emergency plans, lists of personnel who have resumed production, lists of key employee monitoring categories, and lists of prevention and control facilities and materials. After the county and city Bureau of Industry and Information Technology has reviewed and approved the materials submitted by the industrial enterprise, it will organize the bureau and street and township staff to go to the enterprise site for review. If the enterprise's conditions meet the regulations, it will issue a "Notice of Approval for Resumption of Work and Production" before work can resume. Resume production.
