How to deal with anguo city's post-employment provident fund?
In any of the following circumstances, the employee may withdraw the storage balance in the employee housing provident fund account:

1, purchase, build, renovate or overhaul owner-occupied housing;

2. Retired;

3, completely lose the ability to work, and terminate the labor relationship with the unit;

4. Leaving the country to settle down;

5. Repaying the principal and interest of the house purchase loan;

6, the rent exceeds the prescribed proportion of family wage income. In accordance with items 2, 3 and 4 of the preceding paragraph, if the employee housing provident fund is withdrawn, the employee housing provident fund account shall be cancelled at the same time. If an employee dies or is declared dead, the employee's heirs and legatees may withdraw the storage balance in the employee's housing provident fund account; If there is no heir or legatee, the storage balance in the employee housing provident fund account will be included in the value-added income of the housing provident fund. In addition to the above purposes, the local provident fund centers also stipulate other circumstances, please consult the local provident fund centers.

The following materials shall be provided for the withdrawal of housing provident fund:

1. If the storage balance in the housing provident fund account is withdrawn, it shall be verified by the unit to which it belongs and a certificate of withdrawal shall be issued.

2. Employees shall apply to the Housing Provident Fund Management Center for withdrawal of housing provident fund with the proof of withdrawal. The housing provident fund management center shall, within 3 days from the date of accepting the application, make a decision on whether to approve or not to withdraw, and notify the applicant;

3. If the withdrawal is allowed, go through the payment formalities at the entrusted bank.
