2. Written test (100). The written test results and the list of interview candidates should be publicized for 3 working days. If there is no objection, it should be reported to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee.
3. Interview (100). Interview questions combined with the reality of community work, focus on testing the basic qualities that candidates should have and the ability to solve practical problems in urban grassroots work. The unified proposition of the organization department of the provincial party Committee is organized and implemented by the organization department of the municipal party Committee under the guidance of the organization department of the provincial party Committee and the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision department. The interview is conducted in a structured way, and those with an interview score of less than 60 points will not be hired.

4. Physical examination and examination. The physical examination shall be organized by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee in accordance with relevant regulations. Those who suffer from diseases that affect employment will not be hired, and will be replenished in turn according to the total score of the examination.
After the physical examination, the inspection work was organized and implemented by the organization department of the relevant district Committee. Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and will be replenished in turn according to the total score.
5. Publicity and employment. According to the total score, physical examination and inspection results, determine the candidates to be hired. The organization departments at the municipal and district levels shall conduct unified publicity before employment, and the publicity time shall be 7 working days. If there is no objection to the publicity, it shall be reported to the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee for approval and employment according to the procedures. Newly recruited civil servants will have a one-year probation period. After the probation period expires, the organization department of the municipal party Committee will conduct an assessment. Those who pass the formal appointment procedure will be disqualified. In principle, the hired personnel will continue to hold their original posts in this community. After the expiration of his term of office, he may continue to stand for election as secretary of the community party organization or director of the neighborhood Committee when necessary. 6. Initial training.
