1. Accept the application for registration of change of partnership enterprise;

2. Submit documents and apply for change registration;

3. Pay the registration fee and obtain a business license.

The required materials include: application for change registration, change decision, power of attorney of entrusted agent, certificate of use of new business premises, newly revised partnership agreement, copy of business license of partnership enterprise, confirmation of all partners' subscription or actual contribution to partners, etc. Prepare to change the information and go to the industrial and commercial bureau to change it.

Legal basis: Article 13 of the Partnership Enterprise Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) changes the registered items of a partnership enterprise, and the partners who carry out the partnership affairs shall apply to the enterprise registration authority for registration of change within 15 days from the date of making the change decision or explaining the reasons for the change.
