1. Long-term linked account cannot be reactivated, because once a bank account becomes a long-term linked account, it cannot be activated. Users can only go to the bank to cancel their accounts, and then apply for a bank account of the same type. In addition, if the enterprise does not cancel the account that has been deactivated for a long time, it cannot open an account or close an account in any domestic bank. Within one year, if the account does not generate any business, the bank will notify the account holder and ask whether it is necessary to close or activate the account holder. If the account holder still fails to take action, the bank will forcibly close the account within one month.

2. If the enterprise bank settlement account has no receipt and payment activities for one year and there is no debt to the opening bank, the bank will notify the depositor to cancel the enterprise bank settlement account within 30 days. Overdue accounts are regarded as active account cancellation, and the amount not transferred out is included in the special account to be determined for a long time. At the same time, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of depositors, depositors should provide the issuing bank with business license, code certificate, tax registration certificate, account opening permit, legal person ID card, official seal, legal person seal and seal identification seal when requesting to withdraw money from the original account, and go through the formalities at the account opening bank to settle the balance.

Normal procedures for cancellation of enterprise accounts:

1. First of all, you have to apply to the national tax and local tax for account cancellation. After being checked by the national tax, you have to pay back the relevant taxes and other regulations, as well as the current debts.

2, with the national and local tax cancellation procedures, business license and official seal to the bank to handle the corresponding bank account cancellation procedures;

3. The audit report and tax payment voucher of the tax bureau shall go through the relevant formalities for the cancellation of the enterprise at the industrial and commercial bureau, announce the cancellation of the enterprise in the newspaper at the same time, and finally affix the official seal, contract seal and financial seal.

4. How to activate a public account that has been deactivated for a long time?

According to Article 56 of Measures for the Administration of RMB Bank Settlement Accounts, if a bank has no cash activities and has not owed bank debts within one year, it shall notify the unit to cancel the account within 30 days from the date of notification. Failure to do so will be regarded as automatic cancellation, and not only controlled by access control.
