First, you must see the certificate.

According to the introduction of relevant departments, all registration service outlets of regular driving schools must have five certificates: Business License issued by the industrial and commercial department, License Registration Certificate issued by the Transportation Bureau, Corporate Organization Code issued by the Price Bureau and Tax Registration Certificate issued by the tax department. These documents are indispensable.

Second, it depends on the scale.

Learners can first make some preliminary understanding of regular driving schools through the recommendation of friends, so as to know fairly well. Be alert to the "black driving school" when taking the driving test, and pay attention to whether the hardware facilities of the driving school are perfect, the size of the training venue, the completeness of the students' lounge, the old and new coaches, etc. before signing up, all these factors will affect the students' learning.

Third, it depends on whether the charges are reasonable and transparent.

At present, the fees charged by driving schools are basically the same. The regular driving school has a clear statement on the learning fee in the agreement, and will not charge extra fees in the later period. Those informal driving schools only verbally promise to pay a one-time fee. Once the students fail the exam, they will charge high make-up fees and tuition fees.

Four must look at the service items.

In a regular driving school, from registration to obtaining a driver's license, the staff have a more detailed arrangement, and the teaching syllabus and class arrangement manual are clear. However, most informal driving schools don't know the class hours in advance, and they are perfunctory about the boarding time of the students, which leads to the students not really mastering the technology.
