The annual assessment score of digital personnel cadres consists of two parts: daily performance (usual assessment) and recognized evaluation.
Daily performance (peacetime assessment) refers to the assessment of cadres' achievements and responsibilities, as well as the performance of "morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty". Accreditation evaluation refers to the evaluation of cadres' morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty by combining qualitative and quantitative methods and combining internal and external methods according to the prescribed scope, indicators, weights and procedures.
