Generally speaking, first go to the industry and commerce for name approval, and then prepare the company's articles of association, resolutions of the shareholders' meeting, capital verification report, copy of shareholder's ID card, rental contract, copy of property right certificate and a set of forms for establishment registration. The license can be issued in about 1~7 days after acceptance (refers to the license to start a limited liability company, which is usually handled at the window of the administrative service center where the industrial and commercial registration is located).

If it is a person, it will be easier. Just provide the ID card of the person in charge, 2 photos, a copy of the rental contract, and the property right certificate and go directly to the local industrial and commercial office. It takes about 1~7 days to apply for a permit, depending on the local speed.

After the license is completed, it is the code certificate, and then the tax registration certificate. If the company takes the form at the administrative service center, it will tell what to provide.

Individuals must apply for a tax registration certificate. If you want to open an account in your own name, you need to apply for a code certificate. Not if you don't open an account.
