If the civil servant’s physical examination result is abnormal and needs to be reexamined, the doctor will usually notify the person within half a month. If the result of the civil servant's physical examination is normal, the doctor will generally not notify the person or tell him on the spot that it is normal, and there is no need for reexamination.
Physical examination requirements:
(1) Unqualified for rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy, coronary heart disease, congenital heart disease, Keshan disease and other organic heart diseases. Those with congenital heart disease who do not require surgery or who are cured by surgery are qualified. If one of the following conditions occurs, pathological changes in heart disease are excluded and the patient is qualified: (1) Physiological murmur on heart auscultation; (2) Incidental premature contractions less than 6 times per minute (with myocarditis) (History should be strictly controlled);
(3) Heart rate 50-60 beats per minute or 100-110 beats;
(4) Other conditions where the electrocardiogram is abnormal.
