1, should actively cooperate with the public security organs to investigate;
2. If the investigation results show that the parties concerned have nothing to do with the case, they shall unfreeze the frozen bank card in time and return the seized property.
The specific reasons for bank card freezing are as follows:
1. The cardholder's bank card is a credit card (debit card). If it is frozen, it may be that the cardholder's credit card has an abnormal transaction, such as the cardholder's malicious cash withdrawal, forged information, continuous password error, etc., and the bank card may be frozen by the bank;
2. For overdraft bank cards, the bank will set the overdraft share for the cardholder according to the cardholder's actual repayment ability. When the cardholder overdraws beyond the share, the bank will immediately freeze the cardholder's bank card;
3. The cardholder's bank card is a debit card. If it is frozen, it will be frozen in the wrong account, that is, the bank mistakenly gave the cardholder more money during the transaction, so the bank may freeze the extra money to the cardholder. The first is the judicial freeze. According to the relevant provisions of the law, the judicial organ may apply to the bank for freezing the cardholder's bank card because of the need of handling a case. At the same time, customs, tax authorities and other departments also have the right to freeze;
4. No matter what kind of bank card, if the cardholder enters the password incorrectly for three consecutive times, the banking system will automatically lock the cardholder's bank card password, which is similar to freezing, but not freezing. It will be released automatically after 24 hours;
5. If the cardholder's bank card fails to apply for a new card upon expiration, the bank will freeze the cardholder's expired bank card after expiration;
6. If the cardholder's bank card reports the loss several times in a row, it will be frozen because the bank thinks it is suspected of malicious loss reporting.
Legal basis:
