Property requirements

Appearance of the property: the building is well displayed, and it is best to use a single-family property.
Lobby conditions: located on the first floor of the property or the ground floor of all guest rooms, it is used independently, with an area of 500-800 square meters (150-200 rooms, including the dining room area), and must have catering facilities. The finished surface of the lobby decoration is not less than 3.6 meters.
Number of guest rooms: the total number is between 150~200.
