Requirements for the owner of the network car:

1 If the vehicle is owned by an individual, the vehicle owner shall obtain the Taxi Driver's License for Online Booking, and specifically engage in online car rental service, and shall not sublet or subcontract the vehicle to others to engage in online car rental business service activities.

2. Drivers engaged in network car service in the main urban area shall apply to the acceptance institution designated by the municipal road transport management institution.

3. Drivers who engage in online car service in a single administrative area outside the main city shall apply to the local district and county road transport management institution.

4. It is not enough to have a car, but you have to hold a certificate. For drivers who meet the requirements and pass the examination, the road transport management institution will issue the Online Taxi Driver's License, which is valid for 6 years.
