1. The cancellation procedure of a sole proprietorship company is as follows:
(1) Go to the administrative department for industry and commerce of the company to cancel the company's registration. The required materials include a copy of the company's business license, resolutions of the company's shareholders' meeting and the company's original files;
(2) If you need to collect the form from the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, you can cancel the national tax registration certificate;
(3) Published in the newspaper after cancellation. After 45 days, I will go to the industrial and commercial bureau for cancellation again;
(4) Just go to the Quality Supervision Bureau to cancel the code certificate. The required information mainly includes the cancellation certificate of business license and the original code certificate.
2. Legal basis: Article 26 of the Law on Wholly Owned Enterprises.
