This time, I choose to compete for the position of Deputy Chief of Finance Department. Before taking part in the competition, I once asked myself three questions:

1, why should I participate in this competition report?

2. Why should I participate in this competition? What is my competitive advantage?

3. If the competition is successful, what can I do for the Finance Department?

I think as long as these three problems are solved, I can be competent for this position and make greater contributions to my finance department in this position. Below, I will report to you how I view these three issues.

1. Why should I participate in this competition?

The reason why I took part in this competition today is mainly because I love this job and have strong confidence in doing it well. The great physicist Einstein once said, "Interest is a teacher, and confidence is the source of success". I think that interest and confidence are indispensable if you want to do anything well.

2. Why should I participate in this competition? What are my advantages?

As we all know, since it is a competition, there will be "ups and downs", and only those who have played a role in the development of my finance department should finally stay. So, what are my advantages? "Facts speak louder than words". I will report from the following three aspects in combination with my work experience:

First, there is a solid theoretical foundation. In July of 20XX, I graduated from the School of Business Administration of Northeastern University, majoring in accounting. After graduation, he entered the finance department of county-level tobacco company and worked as cashier, accountant and accountant in charge. 20XX 10 month, served as assistant to the chief of finance department. Third, young and passionate, dare to innovate. I am 3 1 year-old, energetic, progressive, active in thinking, good at learning and adapting, good at accepting new things, and aggressive in character. 3. If the competition is successful, what can I do for the Finance Department?

Although I think I have certain advantages, I know that no matter what I do, the most important thing is to be good at uniting everyone, carry forward the spirit of teamwork and give play to the wisdom and strength of the group. Therefore, if I can get everyone's support and be elected gloriously this time, I will do the following:

First, constantly improve the professional level of accounting personnel. According to the requirements of actual work, I will make a training plan for accounting personnel, conduct training step by step and purposefully, and organize employees to learn the Accounting Law, the Accounting Measures for Financial Management of Tobacco Company, and the Assessment Measures for Work Quality and Policy Objectives. At the same time, I will also strengthen the business training of all the staff in the finance department, and all the members of the finance department will actively participate in various forms of learning and strive to improve their business level.

The second is to promote the improvement of financial basic management level. I will intensify the assessment of the responsibility system, ensure the implementation of the responsibility system, set up an assessment organization specially, and the finance department will actively participate in the assessment together with the business administration department and the office, and strictly follow the assessment of the responsibility system to ensure the smooth development of all work. In financial management, the requirements and key points of management should be included in the assessment of work quality and policy objectives. Formulate accounting and storage policies and objectives, work quality assessment standards, and write department expense budget and employee loan into the policies and objectives.

The third is to continuously enhance the awareness of budget management of all staff. According to the characteristics of financial management and the needs of financial management, the Company's Comprehensive Budget Management System was issued, and all departments and stations were equipped with budget administrators, so that each work was planned, implemented, supervised and assessed.

The fourth is to manage funds, strengthen coordination and highlight services. In combination with our own work practice, we should truly manage our finances scientifically, diligently and legally, and "be a good family, manage our finances, control our customs and serve our affairs" for the company's financial work. Carrying out the system, strengthening internal audit and being a good adviser for leaders to share their worries.
