Including the standard merchant debit card issuer service fee and network service fee, 10% discount on the basis of the current government guidance price, and the cap value remains unchanged; For preferential merchants, the issuing bank service fee and network service fee will continue to be discounted by 7.8% on the basis of the current government guidance price; The acquiring institution also reduces the merchant's acquiring service fee.
